Refund And Cancellation Policy

This policy is only applicable for purchases made through kiddopia.com

  • A user may request for refund by writing to support@kiddopia.com and attaching the payment receipt as proof of payment.

  • Please note that a request for refund is subject to management discretion.

  • Each request for refund shall be reviewed manually by the support team.

  • On receipt of refund, access to the app content will be lost.

  • No request for refund shall be eligible after 30 days from the date of the transaction.

  • Refunds granted will be applied to the original payment option only.
