Refund And Cancellation Policy
This policy is only applicable for purchases made through kiddopia.com
- A user may request for refund by writing to support@kiddopia.com and attaching the payment receipt as proof of payment.
- Please note that a request for refund is subject to management discretion.
- Each request for refund shall be reviewed manually by the support team.
- On receipt of refund, access to the app content will be lost.
- No request for refund shall be eligible after 30 days from the date of the transaction.
- Refunds granted will be applied to the original payment option only.
