I have an active subscription but the content is locked.

Please follow these steps to unlock your subscription - 


1) Sign out of the Kiddopia app

2) Sign in with the email ID that you used to buy the subscription through the web-link

3) Click on the "Restore Purchases" button on the settings page of the app


If you still have issues sharing your subscription, please send us the receipt that you have received in your inbox for the purchase of the subscription at support@kiddopia.com.
